KPop Demon Hunters Scene Location
"The narrow alleys and tiled roofs of Bukchon Hanok Village provide the backdrop as Jinwoo and Rumi walk while singing 'Free' together. The characters' emotional shift contrasts with the tranquil stillness of the hanok alleys."
Bukchon repeatedly appears throughout the film as 'the space where daily life and the extraordinary meet.' The low rooflines of hanok, narrow alleys, and views of downtown Seoul beyond the walls inspire the animated background art.
